FMFG Inc. Events - Frequently Asked Questions

 

Below is information offered in support of the frequently asked questions we receive. If you have additional questions which is not covered by the information below, please call: (609) 733-8067. Please note, our organization is staff 100% by volunteers. Please allow as 24-48 hours to return your phone call. Thank you.

Where: Event Venue/Location
  • Craft Shows are held inside the designated venue.

  • Outdoor Community Markets are held outside the designated venue.

When: Dates/Times for Events

Craft Show: Generally held during holiday seasons (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Black Friday, November).

Days - Monday thru Saturday, 10:00 am - 3:00pm*  (Setup: 8:30am - 10am)

Sunday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm  (Setup: 11:00am - 12:00pm)

* End Time applies to official Craft Show time. Vendors may choose to leave earlier or stay later than the official Craft Show times

 

Outdoor Community Market: Generally held during the summer season.

Days - Saturday.

Costs: Event/Registration  Fees

Event prices are displayed on the associated event page. Note: Payment for the designated event include -

  • Day-of use of a designated space

  • Full participation in the event for which you signed up.

Spots are selected first come, first pick.  No Refunds.

Are there any restrictions on what can be sold?

Craft Show: The merchandise sold at Craft Show needs to be approved by FMFG Inc. prior to registration. If your merchandise is not hand-made please call the contact listed to obtain additional guidelines which may apply to your items:

 

All Event Types:

No vendor may sell streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or fireworks.  No vendor may sell guns, knives or items considered weapons.  No disruptive items may be sold.

Are there any other event rules:
  • Trash must be removed from your space when you leave.

  • No set-up until your vehicle is fully unloaded and moved to the designated parking area.

  • No vendor may nail or attach anything into the asphalt pavement, including but not limited to, signs, tents, enclosures, etc.

  • All work and displays must stay within designated spot.  No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.

  • No soliciting to other vendors, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising for anything other than what you are selling in your spot.

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
